Where do I find my Steam login?

It is the name you sign in to Steam with, not your profile nickname. Open Steam → click your profile name → Account details. The login is at the top.

How long does delivery take?

Up to 10 seconds after the network confirms the payment. Confirmation takes about a minute on TRON, a few seconds on TON and about 15 seconds on BNB Smart Chain.

I sent less than required

If we receive more than 2% less than the amount due, the order goes to manual review. Contact support with your order number — top up the difference or we refund you.

Can I pay from an exchange?

Yes. Use the same network as in the order and keep in mind the exchange may deduct its fee — add it on top.

Do I need an account?

No. With an account all your orders are in one place and support can help faster.

What if I typed the wrong login?

We check the login before payment. If the top-up fails on our or the supplier’s side, we refund you. Money credited to an existing account you entered cannot be returned.
